Become an Instructor

Have you ever wanted to become an instructor and conduct your own CPR Training Classes?

The Delphi CPR Training Center now offers instructor training in Standard Lay-Person CPR Instruction and Healthcare BLS CPR Instructor for healthcare professionals.

The Standard Lay-Person CPR Instructor will be certified to teach Adult, Child and Infant CPR/AED and First Aid and offer a two year certification card to those students who pass the course.

Healthcare BLS CPR Instructors will be able to teach Lay-Person courses as well as certify Healthcare Professionals, such as Nurses, EMTs and other healthcare professionals and offer a two year certification card to those who pass the course.

Courses can be conducted in a classroom setting or online in a blended/virtual environment.

The classroom, in-person setting takes about 5 hours to complete the course. This will include all the hands-on skills testing required for the course.

The Blended/Virtual course takes place through an online video session and test. This session is self-paced, but can be completed within one day easily. The skills portion of the course takes place over Zoom or other video conferencing and requires that the student has access to a practice manikin. If a practice manikin is not available, one can be purchased prior to the skills test through our custom links. The skills portion requires an internet connection and webcam and a smartphone can be used as well. The skills portion takes about an hour to complete.
